About Time
A few years ago I was "disabled" by back and neck pain and could therefore not do any of my sports. I then realized that my sports had taken up quite some time and most of all: served as a wonderful stress-reducer. I needed to find a way to channel my energy and frustrations. I took this forced "holiday" with a grain of salt and tried to look at it more philosophically. Whenever I felt stressed out, instead of hopping onto my bike, or playing badminton I just sat down and observed. What intruiged me most was my awareness of time. I was not part of it anymore, I could not move with speed, I could not measure it anymore, I could not race anymore. Time was just there for me, to be watched. Read what I started to observe.
